Gurten | Christmas Party Planning Campaign

Problem: At Christmas time, Gurten becomes a Christmas Party venue. Often companies leave the planning to the last minute, at a time where many venues are already fully booked. Gurten wanted to produce a mail-out to promote the venue and encourage early bookings.

Solution: A playful promotional box that was mailed out to 150 hot leads in January. It plays on a ‘meme concept’ that describes the usual route of pre-Christmas panic, comparing to booking earlier in the year, which allows for a far less stressful route. As a gift, the box also contained a chocolate bar and pen.

Highlight: Having our ‘wild card’ concept being selected, allowing us to push the concept further to a successful campaign that did indeed lead to earlier bookings.
