COVID-19 Guidelines for visiting the on-IDLE studio in Mile End:

• We confirm we have complied with the UK Government’s guidance on managing the risk of COVID-19 and have carried out a COVID-19 risk assessment and shared the results with the people who work at on-IDLE.

• Studio visits must be booked in advance. Only five people will be allowed in to the meeting room at one time.  

• All visitors must provide their contact details, so they can be traced in the event of a local outbreak of Covid-19. Visitors are strongly encouraged to wear face coverings, in particular if unvaccinated. All on-IDLE staff are fully vaccinated. Hand sanitiser is available to use in all studio and meeting areas.

• We have taken all reasonable steps to help people work from home and taken all reasonable steps to maintain a 2m distance in the workplace.

• We have cleaning, handwashing and hygiene procedures in line with guidance.
