As I get into my third month at on-IDLE, it's nice to take a moment and look back at some of the work I've been able to do while here. Most of it seems like it happened far longer than two months ago – as cliché as it is, how we already into March! Things like the weather icons for the upcoming website refresh of Güntensperger Käse feels like it happened at some point last year.

Personally, I kicked off the month with a trip to the Design Museum, with former on-IDLE Intern Marina, to take a look at the new building, which was, of course, amazing. Initially, the lack of signage left us puttering around the bottom floor as we tried to figure out where to go, but the tear away maps impressed both of us enough that we forgave the museum pretty quickly.

Although we didn't see the paid exhibits, we found the ‘New Old’ exhibit incredibly thought-provoking. The museum is definitely somewhere to go for a design themed palette cleanser!

In the office, however, the work board is full and everything is full steam ahead. From trackers to web archives, and magazines to website redesigns, there's a little bit of everything going on. It might be too far into my internship to say I'm still excited to be learning how studio processes really work, but projects here change so quickly it's like seeing a different part of the industry with every client.

Valentine's day was so long ago it's hard to think about, but we did a themed takeover for the VSpot that was up over the Valentine's period.

Work for AARE Migros continues to fill the office even into March – the app launch happened on February 15th, which was exciting, and I was able to make the mock ups for the on-IDLE announcement. Even as someone unable to read German it was exciting to see something go live that I'd had a hand in (the loading images were my contribution).

Another magazine issue is going through the process of amendments as well. Layouts are still hush-hush, but it’s been amazing to have a hand in magazine from start to finish.

I even get my name in the credits!
